We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, please visit your account at account.apexgooddeals.com, go to your order history, and select "Return item." All return requests are reviewed and approved manually by our team.

Deals & Liquidation Items — All Sales Final
Products listed under our "Deals & Liquidation" collection are sold as-is and are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of damage or defect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately at saifapexllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase, as long as they haven't been fulfilled yet.
